Disconnect & delete data

Revoke account access and remove the records saved on your computer.

Last updated: 8 October 2026

1. Revoke access in Google

Open Google Account connections, select Sanya Multichat (or the application name used for your connection) and remove its access. This stops use of that grant; it does not delete your YouTube channel, videos or previously sent messages.

2. Disconnect inside the application

In the local control panel, open the YouTube connection settings and use the sign-out/disconnect action. This removes the current local YouTube tokens. Revoking access in Google and deleting the local connection are separate steps.

3. Remove local data

Close Sanya Multichat before deleting files. For a complete local reset, remove the application’s data, logs and backups folders, plus any exported backups or copies you created. This removes settings and data for all connected platforms, not just YouTube.

For a YouTube-only cleanup, remove its connection, state and emoji-cache files and any related records in shared viewer profiles, chat logs and backups. If you are unsure which files to remove, contact support before editing them. Keep only backups whose retention you intend.

4. Check copies and external services

Also check cloud-synced folders, system backups, exported archives and your recycle bin. Removing local files does not remove messages already posted on a platform, recordings containing overlays or requests already sent to an external service. Use the relevant provider’s controls for those records.

The developer does not hold your local chats or tokens and cannot delete them remotely. For guidance or deletion of support correspondence, email me@axelpx.ru. Describe your request without sending passwords or access tokens.
